8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course
2nd February 2023 to 23rd March 2023
I am pleased to let you know that I will be offering the 8 week Mindful Self-Compassion Course in person starting in February.
We'll be meeting over eight Thursday evenings from 6.30pm to 9.30pm (AEST). The dates will be 02/02/23, 09/02/23, 16/02/23, 23/02/23, 02/03/23, 09/03/23, 16/03/23 and 23/03/23.
In addition, there is a morning retreat from 9am to 12pm (AEST) on Sunday 05/03/23.
Medicare Rebate may be available.
