Dr Peter Goh

I am a Consultant Psychiatrist who is also a Certified MSC Teacher. My interest in MSC comes from personally and professionally benefiting from the experience of a longstanding meditation practice encountering the warmth of Mindful Self-Compassion, and learning to approach the very human vulnerabilities we all share with a little more patience and kindness .
