Online 8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course

I am pleased to let you know that I will be offering the 8 week Mindful Self-Compassion Course Online starting in September.
We'll be using the Zoom Conferencing Platform to meet online over eight Thursday evenings from 6.30pm to 9.30pm (AEST). The dates will be 8/09/22, 15/09/22, 22/09/22, 29/03/22, 6/10/22, 13/10/22, 20/10/22, 27/10/22,
In addition, there is a morning retreat from 9am to 12pm (AEST) on Sunday 25/09/22.
Medicare Rebate may be available.
